Alvora reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these Terms at any time where necessary.

Alvora sells oral care products, including our Wheat + Silk Floss Picks.
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, materials, sizes, and details are accurate. However, colours, packaging appearance, and product presentation may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, production batches, or supplier updates.
It is your responsibility to read the full product description before placing an order.
3. Product Use
Our floss picks are designed for general oral hygiene use only.
Please use the product as intended and with care. Do not force the floss between teeth, bite down harshly on the handle, or use the product in a way that may cause discomfort or injury.
Alvora is not responsible for misuse of the product.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Accuracy & Modifications
Please carefully review your order details, including your shipping address, email address, and product quantity before completing checkout.
We do not offer refunds or returns for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
6. Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic nature of oral care products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
All sales are final once the order has been placed.
7. Hygiene Disclaimer
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, floss picks cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
Any eligible return must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
8. Shipping & Delays
We offer shipping to selected locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs, and other external factors outside of our control.
Alvora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen logistics issues.
Refunds for shipping delays are only considered if your order has not arrived within 30 days of being placed.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

All content on our website, including logos, product images, branding, text, graphics, packaging designs, and product presentation, belongs to Alvora or its content providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Alvora content without written permission.
