ALVORA – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alvora. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timeframes, and related terms.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, sales events, or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping to selected locations.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–14 business days, if available at checkout

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, and other external factors outside of our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or logistics disruptions.

Refunds for shipping delays are only considered if your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date your order was placed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order is on its way.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes, or additional charges that may apply.

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about possible charges.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Alvora is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to correct it before your order is processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Alvora is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to begin an investigation or claim.

We will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
